INSPECTION REPORT 1992 Toyota Surf 9923086 LN1300124086 BODY / INTERIOR: Body is in excellent condition with no signs of damage and very little to no rust. Interior is in excellent condition and all panels present and complete. No major damage to panels. ENGINE / COOLING / CHARGING / STARTING / EXHAUST: Engine is in great running condition. Replaced engine oil and filter,fuel filter, air filter and air filter housing tube. Cooling appears to be in good condition. Coolant was a little dirty. Performed a drain and fill. Would recommend another drain and fill around 6,000 miles. Charging works as intended. Rebuilt alternator with new rectifier, voltage regulator, and new brushes. Starting works good and as intended. Exhaust is in good condition. Very little surface rust on exhaust and some on heat shield but not through rust. TRANSMISSION / DRIVETRAIN: Transmission works good and shift smooth. Transmission fluid was slightly dark. Performed a drain and fill. Drivetrain is in good condition. STEERING / SUSPENSION / AXLES / BRAKES / TIRE: Steering is in good working condition. Replaced steering idler arm. Performed a power steering fluid flush. Would recommend an alignment as last time an alignment was performed is unknown. Suspension is in good condition. Replaced front sway bar bushings and links. Replaced front lower ball joints. Axles are in good condition. Brakes are in good working condition. Replaced front rotors and pads. Tires are new. HVAC / ELECTRONICS: HVAC system works good and as intended. Replaced A/C compressor. Installed new idler bearing and new tensioner. Electronics appear to be working as intended.
